We have a wide range of group exercise classes at our Leisure Centres which are all led by qualified professional instructors.
There is something to suit all ages and abilities with more traditional style classes being offered such as Legs, Bums and Tums, and Aquafit, plus the latest trends in fitness such as Zumba, Metafit and Fight Klub (new for 2013).
For customers looking for a more relaxing class, Yoga, Pilates and BodyBALANCE would be a good choice.
Places on all classes can be booked in advance or on the day, either in person, at reception or by telephone with credit or debit card. Members can also book classes online 8 days in advance. Advanced booking is highly recommended, full payment required on booking.

Boxercise is a sport based aerobic instructor led exercise to keep the participant fit, but does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit). Boxercise classes can vary, both in content and target group. Some are heavily influenced by traditional boxing exercises; some are based around kick boxing while others take the form of circuit training.

Legs Bums and Tums
This works on those ‘problem’ areas, improving tone and flexibility.
