TOTAL BODY TONE
Total body tone is a full body workout building cardiovascular endurance. Five exercises, two rounds total.
EMOM: Every Minute On the Minute. In this workout, every minute you will be given an exercise and set reps.
UPPER BODY FOCUS
Starts with a warm-up and takes you through a targeted lower body circuit ending with a yoga-infused stretch.
This is why this workout is called WALL, because all you need is your bodyweight and a wall in your home.
