We are currently recruiting for someone to join us as the general Manager at our wonderful ‘Maison Dieu’ venue situated in Dover. This building is steeped in history with the earliest parts of the building dating back to 1203! It is an interesting beautiful and truly unique place to work.

The post holder will lead a small team including a Bars and Service Manager and need to have experience of team leadership, and a working knowledge of compliance related activities including Health and Safety Matters and employee training and inductions.

Normal hours and days of work are envisaged to be worked during ‘office’ hours Tuesday to Saturday each week. However, during December and to cover large events and the annual leave of other team members some evening working will be required so some flexibility is required.
