Part Time - 20 hrs p/w

£7.83 p/h (£8143.20 p/a)

The post holder will provide a customer service and reception service at our Centre which will include meeting and greeting customers, taking bookings, receiving cash, issuing tickets and dealing with enquiries, in a customer focused and efficient manner.

The Successful Applicants:

We require a positive, confident and enthusiastic individual with previous customer service experience.  Able to communicate at all levels they will be comfortable in dealing with customers and employees, either face to face or over the telephone.

The ideal candidate will be numerate with previous administrative experience and with keyboard and computer skills, including Social Media.  They will be required to actively encourage the promotion of lessons and membership sales and administer direct debit instructions.

The role requires flexibility in approach to hours of work as shifts will involve early mornings, late evening, weekend working, sick cover and annual leave. In addition, all applicants must have the desire to deliver excellent customer service and will be expected to comply with the Companies Health & Safety policies.
