Do I need to book the gym?

We recommend members pre-book gym time on the app prior to arrival so you can scan and go straight in, however, this is not a requirement and you can book and walk-in at centre.

New members will need to book a "Welcome & Discovery" induction session online for their first attendance and non-members need to book and pay online for access. 

How do I book an induction?

New members will receive a welcome email with details on what to expect during their first visit which is called a "Welcome & Discovery" session. It's a friendly induction that will be a guide to the facilities, you'll complete some paperwork and guidance on how to get the most out of your membership subscription. You can book your "Welcome & Discovery" session using the Live Better app.

Does the pool/class/gym programme change for Bank Holidays?

Yes. The Bank Holiday programme will see revised pool, class and activity timetables and gym times as well as no course lessons. You can check all activity session times, and availability and book online or using the Live Better app.
