ASPIRE Project Eco-Therapy Sessions
Eco-therapy, also known as nature therapy or green therapy, is an emerging practice, and there is increasing evidence of the positive impact of nature connectedness on happiness and wellbeing.
Each week of the course will focus on a different nature-based activity. ASPIRE’s holistic trainer, Sarah, will support participants to discover new ways to experience nature with all five senses through activities such as growing herbs, decorating pots, photography, painting, aromatherapy, and more.
The taster sessions are taking place on the 4 and 18 of August.
The group will also offer participants the opportunity to reflect upon their lives and to identify the things that they are grateful for, and the changes they would like to make. They will be able to explore a different area of life with the help of journaling.
If you are looking for a calm and gentle way to reconnect with yourself, nature and other like-minded people, book your space today by contacting ASPIRE directly through their webpage at https://bechange.org.uk/about-aspire
