Membership FAQs

How do I sign up?

You can sign up to one of our great value Live Better membership subscriptions online here. With Live Better, there's no sign up fee. No contract. No old-fashioned on-peak vs. off-peak limits on your enjoyment. Just the freedom to be in control of your health and fitness goals with UNLIMITED* Classes, Gym, Swim & more! Plus, unlock longer advanced booking! Non-members can book online 5 days in advance, Live Better members can book up to 14 days ahead!

If I join today, can I start using my membership right away?

Yes. You can start booking straight away and using your membership booking sessions online or in-centre. We recommend downloading and registering on the Live Better app for easier booking. DOWNLOAD THE APP HERE

When will I receive my membership card?

Members can collect their membership card from reception on their first visit. If you haven’t yet collected your card, then you can collect one on your next visit. Having a membership card makes it easier for members to swipe through the gates.

How do I reset my password?

When you joined or created an account while booking online PAYG, you should have received an email regarding setting up your online account password. You will need to follow the link in the email and set your password.

If you have not received this email, you can CLICK HERE to reset your password now and you'll receive a new email with a reset link, then you can click that (or copy and paste it into your web browser if it is not clickable - link is valid for 10 minutes) then once your password is set you will be able to LOGIN HERE. Once you have set up your online account, you will be able to book using your email and password to log into our web browser booking system or our app.

NB: Please ensure when re-setting your password that there are no capital letters within or extra spaces at the end of your email address as the system is case sensitive and you may find the following error message "invalid email". For help with the app, please speak to a member of the team at the centres or contact CST@yourleisure.uk.com.

Do I need the app?

The app once set up is the easiest way to book. Download the app today. Easily check all timetables and programmes. Book on the go. Manage your bookings. Stay up-to-date with member news & offers. The FIRST time using the Live Better app, you will need to log in using your registered email address and password you set on your online account. If you have not done this already, you can CLICK HERE to reset your password. You will enter your email address and receive an email with a link (link is live for 10 minutes) to set up a password. Once you have done this, you can login to the app.

How do I cancel?

Should you be thinking of cancelling, you can contact our Customer Support Team via CST@yourleisure.uk.com or calling 03333 660 661 

Did you know you can freeze your membership? If you just wanted to take a break, we can pause your subscription so you can pick back right where you left off when you want to come back.
