Live Better Practitioner, Philippe Conin (who is a Level 4 diploma in specialist exercise), has been promoting the exercise referral service at Hartsdown Leisure Centre. The referral service is there to help people make positive health changes.
Live Better member Angela, who has started her new health journey at Hartsdown, said; "I am very grateful to Philippe for the exercise program he has tailored for me to help strengthen my back. I suffer from painful sciatica which causes restricted movement. Philippe has shown me a range of exercises to help strengthen my core and give me more movement.
