Full job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Centre Manager working across Hartsdown Leisure Centre and Blue Wave, Margate, that share our mission ‘to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities’ as well as our vision to ‘Live Better with Your Leisure’.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent motivation, leadership and management and ideally hold a level 3 in Leisure Management however training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

You will ideally hold a current NPLQ, FAW and PPO or have the ability to complete these qualifications, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer services and communication skills.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work as early mornings, evenings and weekend are necessary
