PAYG swimming prices vary depending on which session your are booking. The price of pool sessions the can be viewed online using our Live Better app or by visiting our website and using "Search & Book", searching and selecting your session. All swimmers need a paid booking or booking as part of a valid membership.

Live Better memberships have swimming included in their subscriptions. You can view memberships and join online here. Live Better memberships are great value and could save you money vs. PAYG swimming depending on usage.

We operate on a pre-booking system for swimming sessions. This has had lots of positive feedback from customers as it has reduced long wait times to access the pools during busy periods. See below for information on pre-booking sessions.

First, it's so that you know you have a space rather than getting to the centre and being disappointed by a "session now full" sign as pool sessions, classes and some other sessions, have capacity limits. It also means that long queues are a thing of the past. Booking in advance ensures we know who is in our centres and can create safer spaces. You can book in-centre on the day but there may not be any spaces.

Yes. You can cancel a booking using the Live Better app under "My Bookings" or in the account area of the online booking system up to 60 minutes prior to an activity session commencing. If you are unable to cancel in advance using the app or online, you can email CST@yourlesiure.uk.com with your details and the Customer Support Team can update your account or you can call CST on 03333 660661 and leave a voicemail to have the booking removed.

Unfortunately, all space availability is online, due to health and safety once fully booked we cannot take any further bookings for that session on the door or by phone.

Yes. All users of the pool need to pay for a slot (or a booking as part of a membership) to manage capacity.

Yes, our centres have a retail section which sells a range of swimming apparel and items. Check in-centre for stock.

Yes. The Bank Holiday programme will see revised pool, class and activity timetables and gym times as well as no course lessons. You can check all activity session times, and availability and book online or using the Live Better app.

Yes. Lockers are available in changing rooms for customers to use. Lockers require a 20p coin.

Blue Wave lockers work using a £1 coin that is refunded after use.          

We recommend members pre-book gym time on the app prior to arrival so you can scan and go straight in, however, this is not a requirement and you can book and walk-in at centre.

New members will need to book a "Welcome & Discovery" induction session online for their first attendance and non-members need to book and pay online for access. 

New members will receive a welcome email with details on what to expect during their first visit which is called a "Welcome & Discovery" session. It's a friendly induction that will be a guide to the facilities, you'll complete some paperwork and guidance on how to get the most out of your membership subscription. You can book your "Welcome & Discovery" session using the Live Better app.

The class programme can be viewed online using our Live Better app or by visiting our website and using "Search & Book".

        Live Better app: You can browse all upcoming classes in the app by clicking the "Classes" tile and selecting your centre of choice. 

        Web: On the web browser system, you can click "Search & Book" from the main menu then search for classes by selecting your centre of choice, selecting "Group Exercise" and the filter by date and time.

Yes. For classes where mats are applicable, please bring your own mat. A range of larger equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, will be provided.

If space is available, you can book at centre on arrival, however, to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking all activity sessions in advance.

Non-members can book online on a PAYG basis 5 days in advanced once registered on our booking system. Members can book 8 days in advance or 14 days in advance depending on their subscription's advanced booking perk. All membership information can be found online here

Your Swim School course subscriptions are £33 a month Direct Debit.

Your Swim School lessons continue as normal throughout school holidays except for a 2-week break in August and 2 weeks in December and lessons are cancelled if the normal day fall on a Bank Holiday in England. Direct Debits will be adjusted for Bank Holidays outside of the August and December breaks. The August and December break dates will be communicated via our Live Better app and member newsletter. If you sign up to Your Swim School, please do get the Live Better app and opt-in to our newsletter to stay up-to-date.

Hartsdown Gymnastics Centre course subscriptions are:

• £18 per month Direct Debit for Twinkling Stars (18 months - 3 years)
• £33 a month Direct Debit for Rising Stars (3 years to primary school) and Shooting Stars (4-8 years)
