Deal Indoor Tennis Centre

DITC is situated within the complex of Tides Leisure Centre. The site boasts 4 Indoor Acrylic courts and associated seating areas. The courts are kept in amazing condition and are some of the most amazing courts around. The courts are available to book from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tennis Academy

We have a fantastic team of coaches that aim to inspire and help get young players into tennis. 

DITC offers tennis courses for players aged 5 years to 11+ with Mini Red, Mini Orange, Mini Green and Junior Tennis all offering specialised courses for younger players with balls and court layouts to help them get into the sport.

Adult Tennis Coaching

Our adult tennis coaching programme is back up and running delivering top-level tennis coaching at Deal Indoor Tennis Centre. Sessions include, Rusty Rackets for those new to tennis or have not picked up a racket in a long-time. Intermediate coaching sessions and recreational sessions.

Adult Rusty Rackets – Group Lesson

This session is suitable for players who are relatively new to the sport or have basic understanding of the technical and tactical parts of the game. Natasha will develop your serve, forehand, backhand and volley. Super fun and a guaranteed way of improving your game.

Wednesdays at 6pm

Adult Intermediate – Group Lesson

This session is suitable for players who are playing normal club sessions or who play regularly to a reasonable standard. These sessions will offer technical improvements to your game with further emphasis on the tactical fundamentals which will take your game to the next level.    

Wednesdays at 7pm

Adult Recreation Tennis

Adult Tennis Recreation Sessions

A combination of coach-led drills and social tennis. This is a great way to meet other players while hitting lots of balls and getting some doubles practice. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am to 12noon

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.

Walmer Lawn Tennis Club

WLTC is situated in the idyllic town of Walmer and sits snuggly in a Georgian Square. The club boasts some of the best facilities in the country with 6 laser levelled grass courts and 2 brand-new synthetic grass courts.

The club has also invested heavily in some lovely changing facilities and boasts a fantastic clubhouse. Club play guarantees fun, friendship and quality tennis.

Victoria Park Outdoor Courts

Victoria Park Courts are situated within the beautiful Victoria Park in Deal. The three courts sit directly adjacent to Tides Leisure Centre. The surface of these courts were completely renewed in 2020 and as such the playing surface is excellent. Victoria Park is the perfect venue for people wanting a low cost and no commitment option.
