What's on offer
DITC is situated within the complex of Tides Leisure Centre. The site boasts Indoor Acrylic courts and associated seating areas. The courts are kept in amazing condition and are some of the most amazing courts around. Courts are open to booking for members and non-members. Your Leisure offers memberships that include singles and doubles courts with discounts for 5-A-Side etc. and membership with 20% discounts on bookings.
We have a fantastic team of coaches that aim to inspire and help get young players into tennis. DITC offers tennis courses for players aged 5 years to 11+ with Mini Red, Mini Orange, Mini Green and Junior Tennis all offering specialised courses for younger players with balls and court layouts to help them get into the sport.
Our adult tennis coaching programme is back up and running delivering top-level tennis coaching at Deal Indoor Tennis Centre. Sessions include, Rusty Rackets for those new to tennis or have not picked up a racket in a long-time. Intermediate coaching sessions and recreational sessions.
Adult Rusty Rackets – Group Lesson
This session is suitable for players who are relatively new to the sport or have basic understanding of the technical and tactical parts of the game. The tennis coach will develop your serve, forehand, backhand and volley. Super fun and a guaranteed way of improving your game.
Adult Intermediate – Group Lesson
This session is suitable for players who are playing normal club sessions or who play regularly to a reasonable standard. These sessions will offer technical improvements to your game with further emphasis on the tactical fundamentals which will take your game to the next level.
Adult Tennis Recreation Sessions
A combination of coach-led drills and social tennis. This is a great way to meet other players while hitting lots of balls and getting some doubles practice.
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
Please note that activities can be booked online and in centre, payment by card only. Non-members can book 5 days in advance, members can book as per their membership's advanced booking perk.
