Your next steps to Living Better!

Set your account up...
When you joined you should have received an email regarding setting up your online account password. You will need to follow the link in the email and set your password.
If you have not received this email, you can CLICK HERE to reset your password now and you'll receive a new email with a reset link, then you can click that (or copy and paste it into your web browser if it is not clickable - link is valid for 10 minutes) then once your password is set you will be able to LOGIN HERE. Once you have set up your online account, you will be able to book using your email and password to log into our web browser booking system or our app (see below).

Get the app...
Download the app today. Easily check all timetables and programmes. Book on the go. Manage your bookings. Stay up-to-date with member news & offers. The FIRST time using the Live Better app, you will need to log in using your registered email address and password you set on your online account. If you have not done this already, you can CLICK HERE to reset your password. You will enter your email address and receive an email with a link (link is live for 10 minutes) to set up a password. Once you have done this, you can login to the app.
NB: Please ensure when re-setting or entering your password that there are no capital letters used or an extra spaces at the end of your email address as the system is case sensitive and you may find the following error message "invalid email".
Or scan the QR code to go to your app store, download the app and continue reading to set up the "Your Leisure Live Better" "Club" and log in via the "Accounts" option...

Now that you have your login credentials and the Live Better app, you can log into the App.
- First, click the 3 lines in the top left corner
- Then click "My Clubs".
- Then click the "+" symbol in the lower right hand corner.
- Then search for "Your Leisure Live Better" and select this club.
- The club will be added to your profile and you will be taken to the Live Better app home screen.
- Then click "Accounts" and log in


LES MILLS+
Once you have the app, GROOVE+, ESCAPE, BLUELIGHT, PLAY memberships include access to the LES MILLS+ on-demand video library via the Live Better app. Go to the classes page and click the tile to access group-ex content on-demand. If your membership does not include this perk, you can contact us and add it as a bolt-on for an additional charge. Please note the regular GROOVE membership does not include LES MILLS+.

Get booking...
Now that you have set up you online account and logged into the app, it's time to GET BOOKING! Your best option for booking is to use the Live Better app. Through the app, you can click the tiles for the activities you are going to enjoy and check all the times and availability.... then, it's just a quick click to book and confirm. Always check the app for programmes as this is where the information and availability will be the most accurate as static timetables on the website are noted as "Subject To Change" (STC).

Get your card...
You can collect your Live Better membership card from any Your Leisure Centre when you check-in for an activity booking. Your card will be needed to scan through our access control gates. You can also get smartphone stickers, fobs and wristbands for an additional cost from centres. Replacements cards are available at a cost.

Broken Promise...
How to cancel a booking
- Go to the Live Better app or your online account and select "My Bookings" or "Bookings".
- All your current bookings will be displayed, click the session you wish to cancel.
- Click cancel at the bottom or on the pop-up... done!
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 to cancel and help others to take a space.
NB: Failure to cancel or correctly check-in for three (3) bookings within a 30-day window will result in a £5.00 penalty fee being added to a member's account. This will show in the "My Account" section as an arrears and unfortunately will restrict further booking until paid. Read more about Broken Promise online here.

Book your free gym induction*...
Your first visit to the gym will be an induction, your "Welcome & Discovery" session, where you will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), and a Medical Questionnaire. You'll also be given an orientation of the gym equipment by a Live Better instructor and then you are all set ready to start enjoying the facilities. Book your Welcome & Discovery session online using the Live Better app.
Please note: Expect your appointment to last around 60 minutes and please wear your gym kit; appropriate gym/sport clothing and footwear (trainers) please. Only memberships that include the gym are entitled to a free "Welcome & Discovery" induction.
*Discovery Park Gym members...

Discovery Park members: ALL new members need an induction before using the gym. Please email CST@yourleisure.uk.com to arrange your induction session which will take around 15-20 minutes to get you set up with the BioCircuit™. Prior to your induction, download the MyWellness app either from the App Store or Google Play store and create your personal account. This will be needed to have your BioCircuit™ profile set up.

We receive such great feedback on the weekly members' newsletter. Members are always saying that it helps them to stay informed regarding centre updates, holiday programme changes, course and programme availability, new classes, exclusive special offers and much more. Have you signed up?
To receive your members' newsletter you can opt-in via your My Account area. This is as simple as clicking a button. You can opt-in by going to your "Personal Details" area and sliding the button to green to turn it on. Our reception teams and CST@yourleisure.uk.com can help if you need it.
